Electrical Signature Analysis for HT & LT Motor Testing
Welcome to ReeAyuRanovate Innovations Inc
At ReeAyuRanovate Innovations Inc, we specialize in employing advanced analysis techniques to assess the electrical signatures of both high and low-tension motors. Our service aims to identify abnormalities, predict potential failures, and optimize motor performance for enhanced reliability.
What is Electrical Signature Analysis (ESA)?

Electrical Signature Analysis (ESA) involves evaluating voltage and current waveforms, offering significant advantages in diagnostics. By analyzing power-related, motor-related, and load-related signals, we can quickly filter pertinent information.
Unique Abilities of ESA
ESA provides numerous unique abilities, particularly in:
- Power Quality Assessment
- DC Motor Analysis
- Generator Analysis
It serves as a system for analyzing or trending dynamic and energized systems. Proper analysis of ESA results enables the identification of:

- Stator Winding Health
- Rotor Health
- Air Gap and Dynamic Eccentricity
- Coupling Health (direct, belted, and geared systems)
- Load Issues
- System Load and Efficiency
- Power Quality
- High Resistance or Loose Connections
- VFD and/or DC Controller Faults
- Mechanical Problems in the Entire Motor System, Including:
- Unbalance
- Misalignment
- Belt Faults
- Gear Problems
- Rolling Element Bearing Condition
How ESA Works
ESA utilizes the electric motor as a transducer, allowing evaluation of the electrical and mechanical condition from the Motor Control Center (MCC), local disconnect, or any safe point where motor current and voltage signals are accessible. For accurate analysis, ESA systems rely on the demodulated voltage and/or current, which involves the removal of the fundamental frequency (Line Frequency or LF).
The frequencies present within the LF are utilized to identify faults. These frequencies manifest as ripples within the LF caused by incoming power or load-related effects.
Standards and Compliance
At ReeAyuRanovate Innovations Inc, we adhere to the highest industry standards to ensure the accuracy and reliability of our Electrical Signature Analysis services. Our practices conform to standards such as:
- IEEE 1459 – Definitions for the Measurement of Electric Power Quantities under Sinusoidal, Nonsinusoidal, Balanced, or Unbalanced Conditions
- IEC 60034 – Rotating Electrical Machines
- ISO 10816 – Mechanical Vibration – Evaluation of Machine Vibration by Measurements on Non-Rotating Parts
- NEMA MG 1 – Motors and Generators
Commitment to Excellence At ReeAyuRanovate Innovations Inc, we are committed to providing exceptional service to our vendors, ensuring transparency, reliability, and excellence in all our engagements. Our advanced ESA techniques are designed to keep your motor systems running smoothly, efficiently, and reliably.
